What is Plural Open (formerly Open States)?
Plural Open (formerly known as Open States) provides free legislative data via bulk download or API.
Plural is committed to making democracy more accessible and transparent. As a part of that commitment, we make available free democracy tools, open data and open source code. Plural is carrying that legacy forward from the Open States project, which we adopted in 2021.
