Plural’s export feature allows you to export your bills of interest into a .csv file.
To create an export, begin by clicking on the “Export” button found at the very bottom of the left sidebar menu in Plural.
In the “Export” pop-up window, depending on your permission levels, you can select whether to export:
- All bills that your organization is tracking in Plural;
- All bills that a particular Workspace is tracking in Plural;
- Or all bills that have been assigned a particular tag.
You can also make multiple selections among each of these export options.
Once you have selected your export criteria, scroll to the bottom of the pop-up window and select “Next.”
On the next screen that appears, you can select which bill properties to include in your export. The file will export as a .csv file that can be opened in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. The bill properties you select will be the column headers of your spreadsheet.
Once you have selected your bill properties for export, scroll to the bottom of the pop-up window and select “Export.”
The exported .csv file of your selected bills will be listed sequentially and alphabetically by jurisdiction.
