How to view bill details

A Bill Detail page is your area for viewing and working with a piece of legislation. Each page has an area for its bill text, its primary bill information, bill activity feed, and Plural’s legislative intelligence features.

How to access a Bill Detail page

You can navigate to a Bill Detail page in one of three ways:

• Homepage. If you are looking for a bill that has not yet been tracked, you can search for the bill on Plural’s homepage, which can be found by clicking on the “magnifying glass” icon in the top right corner of your screen or by clicking the Plural logo in the top left corner of your screen.
• Left sidebar of Plural. If your Workspace is already tracking the bill, you can quickly find it in the list of your Workspace’s tracked bills found on the left-hand side bar of Plural, below the Workspace’s name.
• Workspace Details page. You can also find the list of your Workspace’s tracked bills by clicking on the “people” icon in the top right corner of your screen to enter the Workspace detail page, and then selecting “Bills.”

Once you have found your bill of interest, click on the bill’s number to enter the bill’s detail page.

Within a Bill Detail page you can:

• Read bill text

• Track the bill

• Share the bill

• Print or download the bill

• Highlight bill text

• Leave notes on the bill

• Tag the bill

• View the bill’s summary

• View the bill’s sponsors/authors

• View a timeline of the bill’s actions

• Discover highly similar bills

• Discover related bills

• Discover legislative intelligence
